The proposal we received was very detailed offering several options for the work we needed done to improve the ventilation and insulation in our two attics. We received daily texts letting us know their arrival time, photos of the progress and daily status updates on what was done and what was next. They took great care in covering up our furniture and floors, putting up plastic, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and their final cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. Our property looks like they were never here. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. While they were here they found a couple additional items that needed to be corrected and promptly made the repairs. We can't say enough about the outstanding work they did. "Overall, excellent. We did encounter a few problems with the spray in wall insulation since the original sheet rock was just nailed in. A few sections bowed into the room. This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. In modifications to a home, it is not always the problems you encounter, it is how you deal with them. Advance had the problem identified with a resolution that was completed within a day. Very pro-active!"

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
