"Joe and Chris exceeded all of our expectations with the job. The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price. They are both gentlemen with a professional attitude, friendly and easy to talk to about the work and a variety of other topics not related to the job at hand. I highly recommend them."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

The crew was excellent, very hard-working, very concerned with the quality of the work. We have gardens on three sides of the house and were fearful that they would be trampled. But the crew was extremely careful and caused little to no damage to the plants. We highly recommend this company."

They come when called, give an estimate, help you select the product that would be best (in my case match the siding to the rest of my house), order it, schedule you, and come when they say! My job was completed professionally and perfectly! The only money I gave up front was to order the materials, and the rest was paid when the job was done! "Jose & Sammy were terrific. I watched to see how they were going to handle power washing the pool deck and patio with the massive amount of furniture on them. But they patiently carried every single piece to the driveway, lined them up and began power washing every piece. The furniture was cleaner than it has been since it was new. The power wash buffer they used on the concrete deck, patio and pavers did an amazing job, with minimal mess. The end result was again amazing. I hadn't seen the concrete that bright since the first year we opened the pool. They continued to do the front deck, the white railings, the front paver walkway and finished the job by power washing the entire house. They worked non-stop to complete this project in one day. I addition, Jose made some small repairs to the siding on the house and both he & Sammy carried a huge box with a fire pit to be assembled from the garage to the pool deck. I was in a time crunch to get this project done before the weekend. i called their office and Alan, the owner, cam to my house within an hour and gave me an estimate. I signed the contract via email that night and the work began the following day and was completed that evening. A great job by everyone involved. The price may have been a touch on the heavy side but I told Alan that I needed it done right away and he delivered, so you need to pay for that. I would highly recommend Westside to anyone based on this experience.
