Dave kept me informed as the job neared and he gave me some helpful advice re: planning of space and deciding on color for cabinets. It took awhile for the job to be done, but once it was scheduled the installers were punctual and diligent about their work and very pleasant to have in my home. They focused on the work and kept a consistent schedule each day. I was anxious at times and Dave was very reassuring and kept me calm lol. I would also note Linda in the office is very sweet to deal with and was very nice about explaining the work when I first made contact and kept me informed via e-mails. She is a good front person for sure. Although it took awhile for the project to take place it was well worth the wait, I love the result! This is a top notch company with a personal touch."

"Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it. Good Luck"
