Workers were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards.  Very pleased.

I was told despite at that time them advertising next day delivery, the only available dishwashers for next day delivery were top of the line Bosch units ($700-900). I did purchase a mid range Bosch but was told I had to schedule an installer to measure despite having an existing dishwasher and measured standard opening. I asked if I had to come back to the store to finalize the purchase and was told no I could just call and quot;the numberand quot; provided and they would complete the order once the installer measured. The installer was from Oswego and although in live within 5 miles of the Simon Drive store I had to work around his schedule and leave work for the measurement. I did meet him leaving work the next day for a 3 minute confirmation that indeed it was a standard installation. There was no number provided on my paperwork and the installer said he had no idea what number I was talking about so I had to drive back to the store after work to complete the order. At the time I was told It would be in in approx. 4 days. I called the installer a week later and the dishwasher was not in but should be any day. Needless to say 2 weeks later I had to jump through hoops to get the unit installed around the installer's limited schedule (no afternoons, not before 9:00 am, etc...) because he was from Oswego.

I did not get it installed until I called Loews first thing in the morning and explained if someone didn't meet me at my house at 4:00 to install the dishwasher I was cancelling my order. I asked for the Store Manager who was and quot;off that dayand quot; after an employee checked for his name because he was and quot;newand quot;. After multiple calls I did meet an installer at 4:00 and had it installed. I was offered 10% of my next visit at Loews but someone in scheduling. What - 10% off a can of paint!! Never heard from the Store Manager.

It was fine. They were very helpful when I got my freezer. They did a good job. They didn't charge me anything for the delivery. They were pleasant, and easy to work with. I don't recall any problems with the delivery. The quality of work was fine.

It was fine. We shop at Lowe's on a regular basis. I always find them helpful. I would definitely recommend them to people. We never had issue with them. If you need to return something the return area is right as you enter the door, it makes it very convenient. Anytime that we have a questions for them they have been able to help us out and point us in the right direction to the right isle. The area that I think that they are somewhat weak in is their outdoor gardening center. They are competitive with the other stores in the area. They are good at the checkout. They are great.

I had to call numerous times and the sales associate thought that they put my order on the shelves as stock. Therefore, he had it taken down. My contractor picked it up and let it acclaimate to my home for a few days. When he opened the box, it was only 2 1/4 hardwood flooring. I called Lowe's and ironically, my order was sitting somewhere with my name on it. The 2 1/4 had to be returned for the 3 1/4 flooring that I purchased. After the floor was installed, we had one unopened box left. Lowe's took this back with the receipt.

I used LOWES twice. I thought that their price was better than most because I had price shopped, their service department was prompt and professional, they use the same crew guys, when I had a problem, they ended up coming back immediately and checked back on the quality of work. I am thinking of using them again and the unfortunate thing about them is that they charge to come to the home to do the installation and that was pricey but the service and the product is good.

The experience has been good, so far. They have been very helpful and know what they are doing.

We are in the process of receiving the materials and the installation. They have been prompt to inform us when items are arriving and when they will complete the work. Lowe's has various discounts which have made their prices very competitive. I would recommend that you shop for various items and they will let you know if they can match the price (e.g., they came down on the cost of the dishwasher).

They delivered it for free and it was a clearance item sale. They also took away my old dryer. It was a Whirlpool steam dryer which was originally about $1050, but I got it for $329 probably because it had a dent at the back. So, I couldn't believe it. It was on sale for 8 weeks and they dropped the price every week. Then they told me that they would deliver it for free and take our old one. I also bought the $100 five-year warranty. You can get any warranty with it if it's not a repaired item. Lowes is very nice. The appliance guy was awesome and very helpful. I switched the delivery date twice and they were really nice about it. When it comes to the quality, it is fine and I have had no problems. It works perfectly. It also has some extra options and I am not going to use all the options. It has the steam feature and all that, but I just use the regular dryer. When it comes to their responsiveness, the guy was very nice and very prompt. They were early and within the time frame. The delivery guy was super friendly. I would definitely use their services in the future too. The whole thing was really great.

They are in the process of constructing kitchen cabinets right now. They are very reasonably priced. We had a little problem with a subcontractor, and they took care of it immediately. Their customer service has been excellent. I have used them for several things over the last year.

I've used them several times. I shop at Lowes for everything and they are great. The saleslady was very helpful. There was one downside to them. When we got the first shipment of cabinets, a couple of them were cracked and broke and she did everything she could do to get them reordered and get them in a timely fashion. It did delay finishing the kitchen. The installation guys were good and they were clean. They did the work in a timely manner. Lowes is good and I've probably spent $20,000 in the last 1 1/2 years.

I loved them. I had priced out and done a pre-work at a custom cabinet place. I had thought they would have paid more attention to detail, but they messed up three times with measurements and other things. I went to Lows for the price. They were on the mark with everything and did a spectacular job. Two of the cabinets had defects on them, but within a week, they had them replaced. Every time I go to the store, they are clean and very helpful.

They called me personally to follow up with me after I purchased a door from them to have installed. I was impressed with this level of personal attention.
