"Dreadful experience. We had been customers of Astacio since 2015 when they installed our first tankless boiler which failed completely after 7 years and needed to be replaced in late 2022. ($10,000+) Their second one just stopped working; a dodgy board? The part is under warranty but they want almost $1,000 to replace it in the boiler; probably less than 2 hours work. I thought they used to be a good local business with ties to the community but be careful; their tankless boilers are unreliable and they'll try to rip you off when your heat goes out in the winter. So much for standing by their work. I'll never use them again."

"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"I can't recommend Mini King Installations enough...they are fantastic! We found them through the EmPower program (NYSERDA) and they were so helpful in getting us the maximum rebates for our project. Addans was really thoughtful and clear in explaining the options and how the job would unfold. They did great work, finished in a few days, and cleaned up well after themselves. The Fujitsu units work so well and we are enjoying the warmth - I am confident the AC will be just as good when needed. We just received the first ConEd bill and our usage stayed the same (even though the temperature plunged this month). We used 40% less electricity than last January... Thanks Mini King!"

"I called Isidro Gonell at EZ Heating & Cooling after I had a disappointing experience with Innovative Air Solutions the installers of my HVAC system. Isidro is very knowledgeable about A/C systems. I had a leak in my 3 year old HVAC system. Isidro used liquid nitrogen to pressurize the system and find the leak. The leak was located in a part that was under warranty. Isidro walked me through the warranty process and helped me to obtain a full refund for the defective part. Isidro then removed the defective part and installed the new part. This was a very complicated process as the part was located in a small crawl space in a knee wall on the third floor. Isidro then pressure tested the system and only after everything was working properly did Isidro refill the system with Freon. I found Isidro to be a pleasure to work with. He communicated with me every step of the way and was easy to reach by phone or text. I also believe him to be very honest."
