"The install of my prefabricated fire place and my wood burning stove is not operable. They have overcharged me for services that were never performed. They keep telling me they are coming to compete the service but they don't have a set date. Everyone that i speak to there keeps telling me they are on it, but can never give me a definitive date. I have no idea when this is going to happen and we are 8 months into the project and it still not completed, even though i was overcharged. Don't do business with this company, find someone."
