XiX committed to cleaning up the dust from my apartment renovation. In the afternoon, they said they were finished and asked me to come check their work. I quickly found many areas of remaining dust and some items that had not been cleaned at all. They did do some additional cleaning but were unwilling to review their own work in detail to eliminate the dust as promised. So the dust remains.

I can tell you that I had these guys in to clean my 93-year-old aunt's house after myriad plumbing and drywall work. They were on time, easy to deal with when booking, and reasonable for the work involved. Most of all, my aunt could return to a nice, clean place from rehab. Kudos to XIX; I will use them again if needed.

Complete professionals with lots of experience on tough stains. They were able to get ink out of leather. Not an easy task. Great response time and follow through. Highly recommend.

Prompt,thorough,quiet and efficient

They came in, on time with smiles, to clean disgusting rugs and velvet couch. They were so lovely and did everything quickly with no breakage or irritating anything bc that I was almost sorry when they finished. Rarely have I met such lovely one of helpers. I recommend highly.

XIX is amazing. I used XIX for first a post reno move in cleaning and then follow on work. Deni came to my rescue and did not take advantage of my situation. I was left high and dry by another service that didn't know what they were doing, needed to get a cleaning done before moving in and with hardly any notice XIX showed up on time, accommodated my needs, and made sure to only price the situation after seeing it to ensure their price was fair. They were honest, accommodating, and respectful. And best yet, they did a great job! The team is very conscientious and made sure I was satisfied, following up to be sure everything was done as I needed. The experience on this first job was so good that I immediately swapped XIX in for another service provider I had booked for my move out move. I plan to use them for future jobs. Highly recommended!
