"Unfortunately the brand new fans (right out of the box) did not work properly. Kosta, the owner, then explained it was because the fans were only capable of operating at one speed, low. This was not the case as the fans had multiple speeds as we later found out when paying yet again, to have the fans properly installed. (Now they world on all five speeds.) Kosta did not do the work properly. In addition, the outside timer was also improperly installed rendering it useless. Worse, even though he didn't know how to set the timer he proceeded to install it anyway with a non-trivial charge. The only properly installed work was 2 electrical outlets. The cost for all the mistake and poorly done work was exorbitant -- and that was before the additional cost to hire someone to do the work correctly. Consumer beware."

That night received a email saying they will be there tomorrow between 1-2pm. The service guy was on time and repaired a bad connection that was burning. He also checked the other thermostats to make they were OK. Would use him again if needed."

In the 12 years I was with them maybe 4 tune ups happened as most of the time they are booked 6-12 months out. That’s how backup they are on this pre Covid Second I put my deliveries on hold and they sent me a cancellation fee. A few that was never disclosed in the email I agreed to (see attachment) after disputing it and saying they never disclosed it they sent me the bill again now with late fees. After 12 years and 10’s of thousands of dollars this is how they treat a long standing customer. Run but not to Petro as that’s the same company. Go to Slomins instead."

During what should have been a yearly routine service (which I pay for), their technician perforated an oil line causing a leak in the exact location he had just worked on. This became clear immediately afterward due to the strong smell of oil. Instead of taking responsibility the company misrepresented what happened and attempted to charge $850 which is ridiculous considering the technician caused the issue. Acting in good faith and as an honest customer, I offered a fair resolution of $300 to cover their material, which was more than reasonable and extremely generous. I emailed the company owner, Michael Levi, to resolve the matter amicably but he did not attempt to address the situation fairly after being presented with the facts. Overall, this company has demonstrated dishonesty, incompetence and a complete disregard for customers. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. "
