Steve from dependable was prompt and reliable, particularly regarding punctuality and clear arrival communication, he spoke with clear explanations to avoid excessive technical jargon. He was courteous, respectful, and had tidy work habits the overall service experience from initial contact to follow up was excellence the quality and attention to detail of the work was excellence. I was impressed by his technical expertise, his problem-solving abilities and his diagnostic skills. I was also impressed by his adherence to safety standards, and code compliance. Dependable completed the project on time and within budget I would recommend him to my friends.

Can't say enough about dependable electric. Steven and Samory were pros from the get go. Great communication between the office staff and the owner.. Did all the work as promised, neat and precise in their work. They cleaned up after the job. Which is far different than other electricians I have used. Dependable is now my electrical contractor of choice.

Steve is a pro who knows his business. First of all, he returns calls and shows up when promised. That may seem basic, but believe me, my experience has shown me that is rare for any contractor. He performed a complete electrical inspection and even made minor repairs before we even signed a contract. Upon agreement on a price (which was very reasonable) his work was top notch and saw the job completed to the smallest detail. Would definitely recommend and I intend to use Dependable for my next project.

I needed new outlets to add a bidet to each of my bathrooms. They were very knowledgeable about the process and explained everything to me. They were also very considerate, fast and thorough. They even fixed some of the frayed wire in my home I didn't even know about! I would hire them again and I highly recommend them to anyone.
