"In the day and age we live in,itâ s extremely hard to find someone whoâ s actually going to show up for the quote as agreed upon and actually come and do the work. Tyler was great from the first time we spoke. All plaster walls will crack over time due to normal house settling and expansion and contraction from temperature and moisture changes.   • Cosmetic Cracks: Cracks that are 0.5 cm (0.2 inches) or thinner are typically cosmetic.

You can technically just paint over hairline cracks in plaster since these cracks are often harmless, but this will mostly be a waste of paint.
