We were not living in the house (or in the town) at the time that Sal did the work on the floors; nonetheless all the work was completed on schedule and Sal was very accessible via phone and email. After they were demolished both bathrooms down to the studs I decided (with input from the crew) to enlarge the master shower by taking space from the other bathroom.
