Tile and Grout Cleaning
I live in a Scarsdale NY coop that has a tile and grout job from the 80s that looked like a DIY project. The grout job was sloppy. The worst I’ve ever seen. Andy’s team turned my bathroom floor back three decades. It looks brand new and better than ever. Pricing was unbelievable fair and the quality of the work out standing.

Andy gave us a quote. Although a little higher then others but he adjusted us on a Saturday the individual came in and did the job on time as promised. The job was very well done and as promised made our bathroom look like new.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
The Grout Medic made my bathroom tiles and the floor look new! I am very happy with their work. Andy, the owner, was very flexible in scheduling and he sent two excellent workers who were meticulous. The result is everything I wanted. The grout that needed replacement was replaced. All the grout was cleaned and everything was sealed. They are very professional and easy to work with.

Freddy and his co-worker were on time, worked to completion and were extremely neat and clean. He explained how to maintain the new grout and caulking. I highly recommend them.

The original quote was less than the actual invoice. Because water was coming through the ceiling, we needed help immediately. If we could have found someone else, we would have reconsidered the Grout Medic. His worker did a great job, and we were satisfied with the workmanship.
