Bruce at The Tile Solution is highly professional, and more than that, he went to great lengths to ensure an excellent match between our existing tiles and a new shower ledge that needed to be installed during an extensive repair. It's obvious that Bruce cares about the quality of the work and the satisfaction of his clients. He checked in with us daily. His skilled artisan/craftsman, Raul, is a perfectionist and very courteous, too. It was a pleasure to have him in our house during the duration of the repair. We could not recommend The Tile Solution more highly.

All work was excellent. Kitchen floor looks amazing, with some floor tiles replaced, floor cleaned and grout cleaned and repaired . Bathrooms tubs, and master shower all had grout repaired and caulked. Some tiles were repaired as well. Bruce and Raul did an excellent job. On time professional, wore masks due to COVID. Bruce ,the owner, was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable.

Bruce and Raul were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, efficient, and thorough in helping me retile my kitchen after discovering the previous installation was faulty. After careful research, my wife and I chose "The Tile Solution" for our homes' tile restoration project. Job specs for these poorly maintained twenty year old tile surfaces included striping away years of built up residual layers from using wrong cleaning products. Also, replacing cracked tiles of which we supplied, regrouting, re-caulking, and applying grout colorant. The job was completed on time (1.5 days) at the exact proposal price with truly amazing/magnificent results. All areas looked brand new! Bruce, the sole owner (not a franchise) of The Tile Solution was a fully invested gentleman throughout the entire process. From our initial phone inquiry followed by his home visit to examine and explain options,then on appointment day introducing the two man team to us and finally making sure we were ultimately 100% satisfied. The work team respected our home placing protective coverings over non-work areas, Deservedly we give the highest recommendation summary...fairly priced, impeccable results and great people!

We had a water-stained area of tile in our tub surround that was getting bigger, along with terrible staining in our tub. We were told by several other companies that we would have to get a BathFitter, replace the entire tub and surround and/or reglaze and hope for the best. It's our only bathroom in a 90 year old house, so none of those options were feasible. Bruce Beobide, the owner of The Tile Solution, told us that he thought he could clean the tile and tub to make it look much better, stop the water damage by re-grouting, and brighten the floor tile with an epoxy coating, which he let us do one stage at a time to see if we liked the result before deciding if we wanted to spend more. He was very accommodating with scheduling and he and his associate were both incredibly neat, respectful of our home and meticulous in their work. Bruce was very clear that he did not want us to sign a contract or pay until we were fully satisfied, which we were! The bathroom looks beautiful and I am proud to show it to people. He did it all without damaging any original tile or fixtures and it looks 50 years younger. The total cost was less than reglazing and will last much longer. He never tried to upsell or over promise results. During the work, we discovered that due to a misunderstanding, part of the job I wanted would have been an extra charge. Bruce took responsibility for the misunderstanding and insisted on doing the entire job at the price he quoted because he didn't want me to get less than what I expected. I ABSOLUTELY recommend that you call Bruce first for any tile job. He is perhaps the most honest and professional service provider I have dealt with and I would want his opinion before speaking to anyone else.
