They cleaned the drain, sump hole and the sediment under the freezer as well as fixing the problem area. They also honored the original warranty due to the fact that their father did the original work when he owned the "Sure-Way"!!! I appreciate their honesty, their workmanship and work ethic!!! "In response to my initial email inquiry, Eric, the owner, came to the house and we discussed all of the issues and how they would deal with them. He took measurements and pictures and was very professional, polite and encouraging. Within a few days he emailed me a very precise and detailed proposal outlining all three jobs and the estimated cost. I immediately accepted. Adam came to the house and took some more measurements and pictures and said the work would begin the following week and take three days. The required permits were taken care of right away. As scheduled, Paul (the onsite foreman), Lloyd and TJ showed up and began to work. Braces were installed against the basement wall after the cracks were repaired. On the exterior a French drain was put in along the side of the house extending to the ditch out front. The old walkout was excavated and a new permentry door was installed. The work went as planned with no problems and was finished in three days. All debris was taken care of and they cleaned up when they were through. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Adam followed up the day after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions. I also must give kudos to Cynthia, the office manager, who made the paperwork and payment process smooth and effortless. The quality of the work and the quality of the employees is just exceptional.

"Work crew did excellent work. They were very polite and respectful. Our only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke on their clothing. Though they never smoked inside our home, there was an order that stuck with them. I would recommend Highlander to others, and that Mike be cloned as he provided great leadership to the installation team."

"Scott is FANTASTIC and our NEW go-to plumber!! He's VERY prompt. When he says 8:30 am he MEANS 8:30 am. When I called for an estimate, he was upfront about not being able to do the job that day but would stop in to give me the estimate. I was afraid he would charge a "service call fee" like another plumber we had call and he told me that was ridiculous and sure enough he stopped in the following day and gave me a FREE estimate. We scheduled to have the job done, as there was a few things needed to be done, and he did them with NO PROBLEMS other than to have to run out to get parts for an old faucet but that wasn't his fault as that was a "hidden problem". For the NEXT plumbing job, Scott will be THE VERY FIRST PERSON we call!!!"
