"OMG! Where to start with giving high praise to this company! ROY and his team did an EXCELLENT job cleaning our relatives house!! Roy took pictures as went along and called to ask us if we had any questions or concerns. Which was what we needed. Because we live out-of-state, and needed a TRUSTED company to do this extreme clean. They did NOT make us feel terrible that it had got to such a terrible state, he just wanted to help. He took the home like he found it. Came up with a plan and his team got to work! It did need an EXTREME cleaning. They were the ONLY company that would tackle such challenging clean (and we did call other companies)! As, it had been many years since it was deep cleaned and had many problems areas. We will always we indebted to this fabulous company! Because, Family Touch Cleaning Company, turned my relatives house back into a home again! Thanks AGAIN!"

It’s possible that installing solar panels can lead to mold on the roof. The panels themselves are not the issue. Problems caused by improper installation—such as roof leaks and mounts that aren’t sealed properly—can cause mold. Another potential cause of mold is debris accumulation under panels, which can trap moisture. If you live somewhere with extreme snow, rain, or hail, your home could be more prone to mold.

You can use a pressure washer to clean a whole host of surfaces. The exterior siding of your house is one of the most popular spots, as well as your driveway, garage floor, patio or deck, and even your outdoor furniture. Just be mindful about the amount of pressure you apply to different materials—concrete can handle a lot more than wood, for example.

Both bleach and vinegar are effective at killing and removing moss from surfaces like driveways. Bleach tends to have a longer-lasting effect, potentially keeping moss away for up to a year, whereas vinegar may require more frequent applications. However, vinegar is a non-chemical option that is gentler on the environment. A key consideration is the surface you are treating, as both substances can stain or discolor certain paver materials. It is recommended to test the solution on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't cause damage.

The cost of removing snow from a roof averages between $300 and $700. However, this cost can range from $200 to $3,000, depending on the size of your roof, the amount of snow, and roof accessibility.

Since snowfall can range from light powder to heavy and condensed snow, part of the price of roof snow removal depends on the amount and type of snow. For 12 inches of snow, you can expect to pay between $200 and $2,000 for this job. However, for 24 inches of snow, that price rises to $300 to $3,000.

Roof cleaning is typically necessary annually, although homes in moist or heavily polluted areas may require more frequent service to prevent buildup.
