"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

To have your sprinklers winterized, that was a ridiculously reasonable price. Usually it is anywhere between a $100 and $150 and to have them do it for $69, it was like a steal. It was a great price. They were here for forty-five minutes, they had to take all the water and air out of all the zones, and they can’t rush through it. So it is a pretty great deal for all that time from the service guy."

"Ed and his team helped remove a concrete base for an outdoor light and then conceal the wires. Then he switched out a couple of sockets in the house. One of the sockets had a problem which ended up just being a breaker switch. Nevertheless, Ed made an additional trip out to the house to correct this issue and make sure I was completely satisfied."
