"My initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free."

To unclog the drain pipe, remove the machine's drain hose from the pipe or sink drain, being careful to contain any water in it. Next, use a plunger for sink drains or a plumbing snake for a wall drain. Test the repair by pouring a small amount of water into the pipe before trying it with a laundry load.

To keep window wells from filling up with water, you need to stay on top of maintenance. Remove debris as it fills up, and regularly loosen the gravel at the base if it’s become compacted. The cap fits over the valve handle and creates a low and high point for your handle to spin. Remove the cap and turn it to adjust how it mixes hot and cold water, and then replace the cap and reinstall the handle.

Replacing a shower drain P-trap costs $150 to $250 for parts and labor. Costs increase to $350 or more if your shower drain assembly is difficult to access or requires more work (like replacing pipes and fittings). If you’re a knowledgeable DIYer, a new P-trap costs $10 to $45.

If your fridge and sink already have a water line and need replacing, then this task will be even easier. However, if you’re installing a water line for the first time, it should still be a doable project to take on. You’ll just need to install an adapter to your sink before you can connect the water line.
