I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. There was a great selection of appliances. Including some choices that are not available at any other showroom in Westchester (that I know of). 
For instance, there was a refrigerator that I'd seen at the Architectural Digest Show in Manhattan, and had given up on tracking down because they have such limited distribution - but there it was - and almost $5,000 less than my original choice. (Sub Zero). 
Expert design, knowledgeable staff, and the sensible display of cabinetry made this a good experience."
