"Royal Roofing and Gutters was called and came on time to give an estimate for the repair of siding. (1 piece) They even took a look at the entire roof to make sure there were no other issues. Limi never complained about the size of the job and gave a fair estimate for the repair. He was so kind and considerate, I asked about another job replacing rotting wood trim around the house. (I previously received astronomical estimates from other companies) Limi and Chuck reviewed the work to be done and again gave a fair estimate for the work. Limi and Chuck were hired for the job and waited for a good day to work. Limi confirmed the night before and Chuck showed up on time as usual. Chuck took his time and worked on our home from 8am to 3pm non-stop. The results of the job were awesome!!! The replacement of the wood looked so great that I forgot they were really hired for that small piece of siding. The finished product looked so good that people in the community were driving by and requesting Chuck stop by their home for an estimate as well. (wood replacement due to rotting is a common issue in the community) Limi and Chuck are kind, courteous, respectful, professional, fair and did not try to take advantage of the situation because it was such a very small job.
