For the mason contractors to properly fix the inside and outside of the cracked foundation they had to take out an old concrete patio slab. They fixed the foundation cracks and put in a new slab, filled in three basement windows, replaced two basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipe for gutter run off, and added fill around the foundation to make positive grade.
