I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. "I called Gleason to request an estimate on doing drywall and woodwork in a small bedroom in my house.  I left a message and Darrell returned my call the same day.  He was very pleasant and courteous on the phone and we set up an appointment for them to come look at the room two days later.  Aziz showed up right on time to look at the room.  He was also very pleasant to deal with, and he gave me a very honest assessment of the situation, pointing out that based on the current state of the walls (paneling over wallpaper over plaster) he was guessing that taking down the paneling might be opening a can of worms that I could be sorry we opened.  I was really appreciative of the fact that Aziz seemed more concerned with giving me the best advice than he was with getting the job!  I would definitely call Gleason again if and when I need similar work done in my house.  Thanks guys!"
