Their physical strength amazed me, as they carefully carried, placed and successfully manipulated the unit into the window opening. Then, they stabilized and secured it. Finally, the “moment of truth”, Ivan turned on the unit and a flow of cool, dry air burst into my large den and I was comfortable at last! I would recommend them wholeheartedly!"

They took their time and answered all my questions. The installation crew were courteous, professional and friendly. They are now sliding easily and more securely with a new, secure lock. He is now putting a new lock on our front door. He is reliable, efficient and extremely competent."

"Sheldon and his crew did a fantastic job installing our staircase banister and making an adjustment to the panel to our bay window shutters. We had new windows installed and despite the installers assurance that the measurements would remain the same the bay window paneling came out smaller than expected. This was a problem because we also ordered shutters and blinds and we told the window installer we needed to ensure the measurements would remain the same. Of course when it came time to install the shutter the bay window measurements came out smaller. I contacted Sheldon and despite his busy schedule during the holiday season he stopped by the house to look over what needed to be done. Sheldon was honest in that he would not be able to get to me until after the holidays which was fine with me. He explained that he needed to obtain a specific bit in order to properly shave down the shutter to fit into the panel. Not soon after the holiday season Sheldon an his crew arrived and began the job. I appreciated the fact that Sheldon explained to me what he was doing and kept me apprised when running into an issue. (He was tenacious in resolving said issue!) Both jobs turned out terrific and I plan on hiring Sheldon again for other projects that I have coming up. After they left I went to grab my broom to clean up and lo and behold they left the job spotless!! Great job ! Quality work at a great rate. I would definitely recommend this company for your projects."
