I hired 5 Star Home Improvement to install 5 new Andersen windows and an exterior door. The price was reasonable. Freddie and his team worked diligently to make sure windows and the door are installed properly. They covered furniture and floors during installation and cleaned up after the job was done. Overall, Iâ m satisfied with the job.

Sheldon was excellent and trustworthy, I am going to us them on my next projects and recommend them to my family and friends.

Sheldon is a great guy with a great attention to detail. Hired him to frame out an opening for a new recessed medicine cabinet. I had reached out to a few people prior and no one wanted to even do the job and Sheldon made it look easy!

Sheldon and his father, Sinclair, did a fabulous job. I love my new bathroom cabinet that was installed! They cleaned up after the job was done and took the old cabinet downstairs to be thrown out. I also had a small extra job of securing a drop-down desk and he took care of adjusting that, as well. I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Sheldon and his crew did a fantastic job installing our staircase banister and making an adjustment to the panel to our bay window shutters. We had new windows installed and despite the installers assurance that the measurements would remain the same the bay window paneling came out smaller than expected. This was a problem because we also ordered shutters and blinds and we told the window installer we needed to ensure the measurements would remain the same. Of course when it came time to install the shutter the bay window measurements came out smaller. I contacted Sheldon and despite his busy schedule during the holiday season he stopped by the house to look over what needed to be done. Sheldon was honest in that he would not be able to get to me until after the holidays which was fine with me. He explained that he needed to obtain a specific bit in order to properly shave down the shutter to fit into the panel. Not soon after the holiday season Sheldon an his crew arrived and began the job. I appreciated the fact that Sheldon explained to me what he was doing and kept me apprised when running into an issue. (He was tenacious in resolving said issue!) Both jobs turned out terrific and I plan on hiring Sheldon again for other projects that I have coming up. After they left I went to grab my broom to clean up and lo and behold they left the job spotless!! Great job ! Quality work at a great rate. I would definitely recommend this company for your projects.

Sheldon and his Dad were very professional and very friendly. I felt very comfortable with both of them. I was completely satisfied with the work they did in my home. Sheldon gave me some very good advice on the next project that I plan on and will certainly hire them to do it.

These guys were great. Very professional, kind, and really knew what they were doing. They gave me a lot of good advice for other projects around the house without being pushy. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars out of five for every rating is that I felt they were a little expensive for the work they ended up doing in my home. But I would definitely use them again for larger projects.

Sheldon went above and beyond to make sure our TV was installed exactly the way he felt was right. I trusted him to buy the equipment for us and he came with the best mount and the receipt, just in case. Will hire him as my do everything handyman from now on

Excellent experience. i would recommend this contractor to anyone. He was prompt, curtious, and informative. A job well done. Putting up closet doors in an older house that has somewhat uneven floors and walls is challenging.

Detail oriented, triple checks everything he does. Very accommodating and very pleasant to work with. No matter what the task, he'll figure a way to get it done. Took a job that no one else was willing to touch. Cleans up after himself. I needed a professional rangehood installed in place of the original cabinet vent. Which required quite a bit of cabinet work, exterior wall, electrical and duct work. Sheldon made sure everything was done according to my needs and standards. When things didn't fit, we figured out a way to get it to fit. We ended up getting a few pieces stainless steel fabricated to get everything to look like it should. Very satisfied.
