"Rob came out on a rainy Saturday because it was the only time I had available, his office kept me updated as to his ETA throughout the morning, and was very professional and helpful. When he arrived he did the inspection with a submersible camera, explained to us what our cesspool was made of, its approximate age, and his take on its condition. He pumped a little out, added chemicals, and explained our options. He didn't try to sell us any unnecessary services and recommended a couple other companies if we wanted to replace our system, which was his recommendation even though he couldn't do the work himself ( he's not licensed for installation in our town). All in all, great experience. I would highly recommend."

"We priced out dumpsters and initially, the dumpsters looked like the way to go but upon reading the fine print, we realized they would have cost more than a bullbag. Each dumpster was about $150-$200 BUT each ONLY included up to 1 ton of material, and the companies would charge me an additional $85/ton over it. The bullbag price was NOT based on weight but rather just filling the bag to the top of the bag. The bullbag not only saved me money, but the people were nice to deal with, but everything they said, they actually did. We have a house on the Cape and we will use them there too in March. We were told up front that there would be an additional $75 fee because of the location, but it is STILL cheaper and easier than a metal dumpster."

"Finding a reliable and honest plumber is a hard thing to find. I asked friends/family and nobody knew anyone i could call. "I highly recommend Robert and his sons. They were extremely professional in getting my basement back to normal after severe water damage. They were timely and got the job done efficiently. Robert is great at communicating through phone/text and came back to my house to check on the progress every day for 5 straight days. Cost of job was very reasonable and they delivered on everything he promised. After they left, my basement looked as new as the day we moved into the house, completely dry, clean and smelled great.  Can't thank them enough for their excellent service.
