"They couldn't figure out the problem and they were not very helpful at all. They sent a really young kid out who like had gotten his license and he couldn't figure out what was a fairly simple problem. It was something to do with the toilet. I think it was a particular mechanism on the toilet that wasn't acting right and he couldn't quite figure out what to do."
