"The Action Piano team was responsive immediately after I contacted them. They worked with me to set up times that would work and picked up and delivered within their stated windows. On top of that, these guys did an excellent job moving my fragile and not in the best shape baby grand piano. They even did some additional repair and set up work upon delivery. In some ways, despite the move, the piano was delivered in better condition than it started in. Excellent quality and a reasonable price. I will definitely look to hire them again."

"I had so very much to move. I did not really know how to pack and would not have been able to pack all my stuff as I had agreed, without the moving men's assistance. It was a long snowy day. The movers were professional and delivered my belongings in excellent condition. I did tip the men and really wished I could have given each man twice what I gave. "It's not a good experience because I am missing my Apple Watch. I bought an Apple Watch and I can't find it and they don't know. This is not good. I also had a tv stand and the bottom broke and it caused imbalance of the tv. I don't want to accuse, but I still can't find my watch. I didn't notice my watch missing and the tv stand broke until a month later. It would be hard for me to accuse, so I just left it alone. I thought that the whole move could be done in 5 hours and it took them 6. Now, I was moving from apartment to apartment, ground floor to ground floor. I thought it would be quicker. I remember we took a break and I got them food to eat. That wasted maybe a half hour time. It took another additional hour. I ended up paying another $100 and on top of that he was asking me if I can give everyone a tip. What I did was give everyone a tip and additional $100 for the extra hour and I gave them food to eat. I paid for their lunch and gave them a tip. They did hard work. I even helped them move some furniture myself. It wasn't like I was watching them. I was helping. I think because of the speed they were doing it, it shouldn't be 6 hours. They tell people to pay for their lunch and then to tip them. It was a $400 watch and I think about it everyday. Maybe it's not their fault but I know that I was missing it after we moved. It was my fault that I put it in a place that they were doing work. I don't want to accuse. I don't know what really happened."

"Trying to get a hold of them to schedule the move and confirm some details was next to impossible. I had to call several times, couldn't get the person I needed, and they never called back. Luckily we were able to confirm details at basically the last minute. They showed up over an hour late with no call to let us know. We had used them in the past and knew they weren't top notch movers but for the price and what we needed it was good enough. They were even later this time than last which was very frustrating. During the move we lost my husband's power drill (we think they may have thought it was theirs but when we called them about it after they dismissed it) and we can't find a few other pieces (suitcase, etc) that we aren't sure how those could have been misplaced. They also tried to replace shelves on a shelving unit we have (we have 2 with slightly different sized boards) and when it didn't fit they just slammed it in. Now I can't get it out without breaking it more so its just an awkward, unlevel shelf. I called them about all of this and they kind of blew me off. I knew when we hired them the second time they weren't the best but they were cheap and we more or less knew what to expect. Overall even when we had to replace the things they were still less expensive (and had more flexible availability) than other companies. We knew what we were getting ourselves into and knew it was worth the savings. For this reason I would likely hire them again (also very well knowing what I was getting myself into) but be very aware of how the day went. The men were very nice and polite while there."

"Moishes moving was excellent from start to finish. The crew came in on time and were professional and careful with all furniture and fragile items. They were very quick and helped pack up some of the remaining items even though we did not include packing as part of the service. It was snowing that day and they still were able to finish the move on time and placed furniture in appropriate spots in the house.
