"My 17 year old Subzero refrigerator was in need of repair and after calling another repair company that was offering a $99 Angie's List coupon and not getting a return call, I got a recommendation for High End Appliance (Lou was the repairman). They answered all my questions (I had quite a few), scheduled me for the next day, called in the morning as they said they would to give me an appointment time, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem immediately (a new thermostat) and had the problem fixed within 1/2 hour! Everything was perfect & I spent less on the service call than I would have if I had used their competitor's $99 coupon. My contractor husband and I were so impressed with the quality of their work, their honesty & their professionalism, that we will continue to use & refer High End Appliance in the future.
