"My drywall was a mess after taking down 1970s-era foil wallpaper.  He skimmed my walls and made them look great!  He really wants the job to come out terrific, so once everything is put back into the bathroom (toilet, vanity, floor), he's going to come by to touch up any damage to the drywall caused by the installers.  His price was very reasonable, too.

I did not contact him because I figured I could do that one myself. The homes are all 2 1/2 story city homes, to high for me to feel safe."
