"Ray and his guys did a great job on my home. They begain by power washing the house, scrapped all the loose paint, caulking where needed to be caulked and even replaced some of the bad siding the contractor before them missed. It took several days to complete the job and were here two weeks as I added other jobs along the way. Ray spray painted the whole house first then the guys went to work on the trim and windows. Then they went back to look for anything missed and touched up. I had the guys replace bad boards on my deck and they stained the deck to match the color of the trex I had them put on the bottom deck. Spot on! I also had them replace some plumbing and lastly one of my main beams in the garage cracked and even though they were done with my job Ray responded right away and the guys came over repairing the problem. Very pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail and overall they made sure when they left we were satisfied. Work was top notch and prices very very reasonable. "Mulcahy Ceiling & Drywall Specialists were outstanding. Highly recommend these guys for drywall ceiling repair. Would not go with anyone else. This job was done by the owner Matthew Mulcahy. We have a 3,000 sq. foot home with an open floor plan including a continuous ceiling that spans the entire first floor kitchen, gate room and hallway. The ceiling was not installed properly by the builder and developed several cracks that ran the length of the entire ceiling. Matthew went over the entire process with me before deciding on the best course of action. The rooms were sealed off with plastic. The hardwood floors were covered with drop cloth. At the end of each day the work area was power vacuumed and left spotless. We selected a new design for the ceiling texture that came out perfect. The job took exactly as long as anticipated. The fee was very reasonable and exactly what was agreed upon. We learned that for ceiling repair of this magnitude you MUST go with a contractor that specializes. This is not a vertical drywall job. The materials used are designed for ceilings. The techniques used to apply them matter - Matthew was very professional. Knows his stuff inside and out. I give this company my highest rating."

"Bill contacted us promptly and quickly gave us an estimate of what was needed and what it would cost. He told us that it could take up to 10 working days to complete. Antonio, Tom, and Bill arrived Tuesday and completed the bulk of the work by Saturday (5 working days) returning to move items back into place the following week. Antonio and Tom were here all days, and were polite and hard working, a joy to have work on our house. Bill arrived when the epoxy was going down, and was likewise polite and informative. All jobs have unexpected glitches, and they handled these with aplomb. We are very pleased with the result and are happy to recommend them to others."

"My drywall was a mess after taking down 1970s-era foil wallpaper.  He skimmed my walls and made them look great!  He really wants the job to come out terrific, so once everything is put back into the bathroom (toilet, vanity, floor), he's going to come by to touch up any damage to the drywall caused by the installers.  His price was very reasonable, too.

"Gutter Cleaning: He and his crew did 5 single family homes for me. All on the same street. Did a great job, I rated him 4 stars only because they forgot a back porch gutter on one of the homes. I did not contact him because I figured I could do that one myself. The homes are all 2 1/2 story city homes, to high for me to feel safe."
