The next day the crew arrived and completely removed all the damaged trees and shrubs. I much appreciated their use of plastic underlayment for the track vehicle used. The lawn in the back yard was extremely wet and using the plastic underlayment prevented severe damage to the bluegrass lawn. I asked for a quotation to provide and plant new trees and shrubs. A written quotation was provided within a few minutes. Once again I found the quotation to be reasonable and accepted it. The work will be scheduled in the Spring."
