"I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. The first company we originally hired to refinish our floors ended up destroying them. They didn't sand properly and the horrible stain job made my floors look like a Jackson Pollock painting. I cried my eyes out. But then I came across Reis, and although I was nervous about my first bad experience, Lisa reassured me that Marcos would fix it. OMG--Was she right!! She really cares and wants her clients to be happy. Marcos is such a lovely person. He's super talented and knows his trade. He's truly a master craftsman. I highly and without any reservation recommend Reis to anyone who wants to restore their hardwood floors! I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze. "Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money!
