My cabinet doors were re-made in a newer more modern style, the hinges are now on the inside and slow close, and the finish is beautiful. I am now proud of my kitchen. "I wanted a dedicated laundry folding table and Wrynn & Oak did not disappoint! The wall that I wanted my table installed on was made from concrete and was extremely uneven there was also a pipe running along the base of the floor so this was quite an obstacle I was worried about. Kam decided to install a wooden frame on the concrete wall and shim it to be plum and even, this way he was able to mount the entire table to the wall in order to avoid the pipe of the floor. I'm truly amazed at his craftsmanship and knowledge. The cabinet carcass was made from maple plywood (painted white), the face frame was made from solid walnut and the top was made from solid maple. I'm so happy I have a place to put my baskets and fold laundry! Thank you Wrynn & Oak!"

"It went GREAT! First of all, he arrived exactly when he said he would! I asked him in for an estimate on repairing the (wooden) bathroom floor around the toilet where there had been water damage. I had already removed the old toilet. I had to go to work but my parents were in the house. He brought a helper; they pulled up the floor but found there was no subfloor, just the structural 2x4s. He called me at work right away and offered to put down a new floor, but suggested instead that we use the old floor as the subfloor and lay the cement board right on top of it, which made sense to me, I told him to go ahead. He kept in constant touch with me regarding supplies and costs and was very patient when I called him and asked for the exact measurements of the floor so I could get the right amount of tile. He was also very respectful of my parents and got along great with my dog. He also made sure the outside door stayed closeo the cat couldn't get out. He cleaned up great afterwards, and emailed me the invoice, which was exactly what he said it would be. I managed to get back home before he left and he was very generous with advice on how to proceed with installing the new toilet. I am happy with his work and went ahead and tiled the floor myself. I also installed the new toilet which STILL LEAKS so Rob Severs will be The Guy I call back to look at it.

"From the very start, We were sincerely impressed with Kiefer-Randall's level of professionalism as compaired to others that we interviewed. We had a slow start due to weather conditions but when things got going the process was relatively smooth. When there was a question or concern it was answered or delt with prompty. We were never left in the dark not knowing what was happening. Towards the end of our projects we had a one man crew and I was pleased that they had sent Kevin to do the finish work. He was always in contact with us and making sure we liked his ideas and plans for the little things that made a big difference. For example the ending edge of our deck hand rail wasn't left as a straight cut. He cut it in a 3 sided (half hexigon) shape that just made it more appealing. This is just one example of his detail work, there were many others. We had a Great expereince and would not think twice about requesting Tim and Jim of Kiefer-Randall to do other projects that we have forthcoming."
