"The old air conditioner was installed after purchasing new windows. The window company installed it as though it would never be removed. The prior handyman could not remove it after 3 hours of trying. Ivan and his worker removed it in 30 minutes. The entire job was completed in less than 90 minutes."

Most important help Dan provided was he actively engaged with our insurance adjuster and insurance ended up paying exactly what Dan said they would cover. We were amazed at how much insurance agreed to pay for a handful of missing shingles on an older roof."
