Thank you Lou and Gib!, For the second time you make all things new.. I hired Lou Log Kitchens to re-do my Orchard Park home kitchen. We built the home and that builder disappointed us greatly. So the reface was done by this company.. When we downsized and bought a home in another area I saw the cabinets were of the same quality of our first builder. No worries, I bought our home knowing I would need LOU LOG KITCHENS again. He and his company did not disappoint. My new kitchen in my present home turned out spectacular. As a side note: I saw a great growth in the years in between. Lou Log Kitchen invested in better and even more efficient equipment and continued to create a better, more cleaner way of doing cabinets. Their efficiency was noticed and was remarkable. I didnâ t realize how much more was involved than simply replacing the kitchen cabinet doors. Lou and Gip were meticulous in their work, uses quality material, and were always immediately responsive whenever I had a question. Strongly recommend!

Lou webt above and beyond to complete the refacing of kitchen cabinets at my home. His customer service, cleanliness, professionalism, and price cannot be beat! If I could find a dedicated contractor to complete the rest of my projects that were anything like Lou @Log kitchens.. it would be a gift! He showed up on time, completed the task, communicated more than effectively on shipping arrival, additional pieces I requested, and any unforeseen situations. He even showed up Christmas Eve to complete the job! Hands down -the best!

The kitchen is beautiful! That was what I expected. The bonus is in dealing with Lou. I donâ t know how he does it. Never have I met a contractor who delivers all that is promised and then some. Lou and his crew did an excellent job building new into old cabinets, refacing them, can't tell that it all wasn't original. Removed ugly popcorn ceiling installed new tile floor and backsplash along with all finishing touches to make it all come together. The job was done professionally and on time all my concerns during the project where addressed. They really go above and beyond to make the customer happy.
