For the drain tile, a five man crew did all the work in one day. For both jobs, the crews were professional, prompt, polite, hard-working and as clean as such jobs are possible. One thing I liked is that they worked directly for Locktight under the direction of a very knowledgeable crew chief. Each member of the crew had a specialty that he concentrated on but also worked well in the group when needed. The area was cleaned up well and my stuff was returned to the original locations. The work done by Locktight solved the water problems. If anything else in the basement has a water issue, I would definitely rely on this company.

"Miguel and Adam came on October 7 to reseal the outside wall under our deck. It was done years ago and needed to be redone. The work was difficult because they needed to crawl underneath the deck, but they did what needed to be done. The wall was neatly covered and stones were carefully laid. They set up a backup pump and were careful to do a good job. Miguel explained to me how to set up the “Purple Pump Spy” and was patient and genuinely concerned that I understand how it worked. He did not rush me as I tried to understand the main pump and backup and I even touched underneath the pump. I very much appreciated the care and understanding."

"Went well. Had to run out a couple times to find the right size items for a very old house (built in 1920s). This two foot of old pipe was responsible for all our water pressure problems. Inside the old galvanized pipe was found almost an inch thick of rust/buildup."

"Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."

Installed new shower along with all the plumbing - shower and toilet . Took out a kitchen cabinet and a wall . Flipped the cabinet sideways up against the wall . Installed new faucets in : kitchen , 2 bathrooms sinks and in the 2 showers . Fixed drain pipes under kitchen sink . Jack hammered hole in cement floor of the cellar and put in a sump pump , drainage tile and stones , plus ran drainage line outside ."
