"I had cement crumbling away from some of the brickwork on house. I had What The Brick Masonry come. They repaired all the cracks. Also checked my chimney and repaired areas there with new cement also. It was a very small job, but it wasn’t something I could do myself. I was very satisfied with the work done. Impressed me that they got back to me the same day I requested them. Also impressed they came the next day to get work done. If I need any more work done I would definitely hire them again!!!!! He climbed up into our attic spaces and told us exactly what we needed to do fix our problems. He was very knowledgeable and presented a plan that would eliminate and prevent a reoccurrence of the issue. We hired them. When it was time to do the work, he sent a crew of 2 gentleman (Nick and AJ). These guys were fantastic. They were polite, punctual and went right to work on solving the problems. My daughter used them for the exact same reason and she was very happy with them as well. If you have the misfortune of having a mold issue, I would recommend these guys for sure!"

Installed new shower along with all the plumbing - shower and toilet . Took out a kitchen cabinet and a wall . Flipped the cabinet sideways up against the wall . Installed new faucets in : kitchen , 2 bathrooms sinks and in the 2 showers . Fixed drain pipes under kitchen sink . Jack hammered hole in cement floor of the cellar and put in a sump pump , drainage tile and stones , plus ran drainage line outside ."

Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
