"I called and my timing must have been perfect. 2 technicians showed up 30 minutes later. They put on shoe covers which I appreciate. They opened up the unit and checked the flame and spark. That must have been enough since the unit started working. They checked to make sure the propane was flowing and cleaned the condensation pan. Within 30 minutes after arriving, they were done. I plan to have them come back in a couple of months to maintain the ductless splits for this summer. What they charge for the service is very reasonable given that I had contacted a competitor and received a quote that more than 2x what I paid."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Jeff from JTECH arrived at the house at the appointment time and called us to let him in so he could do the work. We asked Jeff to please go right in , find the toilet, vanity and shower drain parts and to please install as we were on our way. Everything was installed perfectly.
