"They went above and beyond. They did more than I originally asked them to do. They repaired the poor workmanship the previous roofer had done. I wasn't charged as much as another roofer asked and they did more work than the other roofer said he was going to do. They cleaned up completely without leaving any garbage behind. "I highly recommend Onn Point Restoration. Our back deck was originally built one story off the ground on sloping fill material and a previous owner added a roof structure to it after a bunch of settlement had already occurred. As a result, it was really wonky and challenging to fix. The footings were also shifting and at least one of the support posts was rotting. We hired Onn Point to level out the deck and replace the existing footings with new, deeper footings. They successfully decoupled the roof from the deck using temporary supports so they could level everything out. They also carefully dug the new footing holes all the way to bedrock by hand and drilled in rebar to ensure the new footings would not move. They knew the footing depth was important to me and showed me each completed excavation before they poured the concrete. Communication was excellent and the price was very reasonable."

"Miguel Amaya did work on my neighbors driveway and so we inquired about doing a patio in our yard. Miguel came over gave a quote and completion time-line. He was friendly professional and extremely sincere. Its hard to find good contractors I always look for integrity, honesty, professionalism and quality. Miguel possesed all 4 qualities so we decided to go with the patio. We discussed design and paver color combination. Miguel assured me the As the project started we decided to add benches and some landscaping on the side of the house and behind the patio. Miguel and his crew were all very polite kind and thorough. The workmanship is incredible and Miguel takes pride in his work so every aspect is checked. The project came out better than I expected and I am beyond pleased. We now have an additional living space where we can entertain and host gatherings I am extremely satisfied with the patio. Its absolutely beautiful. We are going to do more work with Amaya Construction and Miguel in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend Miguel."
