There is nearly a century's worth of experience behind the qualified technicians who perform their job with professionalism and courtesy. Following is a price list of our basic rates, charges will vary depending on each job and additional charges will be added for parts. Standard Labor Rates Residential: 1st Hour: $75; Each Additional Hour: $65/hour Commercial: 1st Hour: $85; Each Additional Hour: $75/hour Overtime Rates Residential: 1st Hour: $105; Each Additional Hour: $95/hour Commercial: 1st Hour: $110; Each Additional Hour: 100/hour Travel Charges Residential: $25 Commercial: $40 Cleanings Gas: $80 Oil: $90

The reason I called them was because Anchor Heating and Air Conditioning comes highly recommended, with generations of experience. The gentleman that I spoke with was very pleasant and extremely informative. I was pleased with the level of knowledge and expertise that this company exhibited, even over the phone. I plan on calling them in the future for ALL of my heating and cooling needs.
