I woke up Sunday morning and found my basement had about half foot of water in it and continuing to rise! Of course panicked and thru a recommendation of a friend I called True Plumbing. They sent out a technician Zak and I showed him exactly what was happening. He found the problem quickly and had assured me he would be able to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, polite and explained everything to me before starting. He then went ahead and fixed the issue and even gave me recommendations of maintenance. He made a terrible situation a really great experience!! I would highly recommend True Plumbing and Zak to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable Plumbers and so much more!! Thank you Zak!

I have been looking for a good plumber for a very long time. Finally my search has ended. I wanted to replace my water filter at the kitchen sink. After being told about fancy and expensive filters which were way over the top for what I was looking for, I contacted Louis at True Plumbing. He came the next morning, listened to and understood my needs. Within 2 days my new water filter was installed and working perfectly. Zack did the installation, checking with me regarding placement and ease of use. Both men were polite and knowledgeable…a pleasure to deal with.

This is the first time that I used Home Advisor and I was pleasantly surprised. They put me in connection with Louis of True Plumbing. Louis arrived at my house the exact time that he told me. Very nice guy and his work was excellent. He didn t take short cuts, and took his time to ensure that the job was perfect. Price was more than fair. I will definitely be using True Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I was looking for a reputable company to convert my system from oil to gas. I picked Louis and True Plumbing and was glad I did. Louis was the most responsive and best pricing I received when getting quotes. Louis and Matt and the team did a fantastic job on this complicated project, removing the oil system, installing the gas system and hot water tank. They planned it out well, and did an excellent job on the installation. To add to this, they also were very neat (for what people warned me would be a really messy job) and cleaned up so that you would barely know they were here. To sum it up, Louis does what he says he'll do and runs a great plumbing operation and is a pleasure to have working on my house. I would definitely hire True Plumbing again, highly recommended.

Very bad experience with True Plumbing. It was a cold winters night and a pipe froze in our house - we called Louis at 4:30pm, and he said $350 for the job. He arrived at 10pm, had trouble locating the pipe and took him hours, he cut holes in my walls and didnt clean up, and he finally left at 1:30am - and slammed me with a $750 bill. My eyes nearly fell out of my head!! He said $350 was just "to come out". Well, if that is your policy, you need to quote it that way...or at least let someone know throughout the job that the total is adding up. He left my house a mess and didnt have the expertise. Would never recommend. Run far, far away from Louis at True Plumbing.

Reliable

Louis came to my home and I should him what had to be done and he got to work right away. I told him I would be in my house if he needed me. I went out to check on his progress about 45 minutes later and he was finishing up. Did a great job and had all the old pieces laid out for me and I told him too take them with him. I will use him for any boiler or plumbing problems I may have in the future.

We contacted Louis late Saturday night and he came out to our house 7:30 Sunday morning - replaced all of our pipes, on a Sunday! - and did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the basement when he was done. We would definitely recommend him in the future to anyone looking for a qualified plumber. Great work!
