"Monterroso did an excellent job repairing our mom's house after a very damaging pipe burst. New walls flooring and ceiling had to be installed in basement which was devastated with water damage. New tile floors in basement and new subfloor and new hardwood floor was installed, stained in living room to match hardwood staircase it fed into. Paint job on walls was excellent as well. Daniel and team also identified some wood rot in this aged home that needed replacing. Daniel worked with us to identify reasonable cost effective solutions. Pleasant personality easy to work with. A hard to find contracting business with integrity. Didn't try to gauge us or the insurance. Repair job did not drag out either despite unexpected discovery of additional work. Will provide reference and he can share photos of our before and after. We highly recommend Monterosso Design and Improvement."
