"Boris is one of those consummate professionals that you may be lucky enough to meet from time to time. His pricing for the services performed were quite fair. I had my laptop back in a couple of days and it is performing better than I had expected. I'm going to bring another laptop to him for upgrading as soon as my schedule allows."

"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"Hired Mr Tech for my law firm about 8 years ago. Been working with Rob and his staff ever since. They have managed my network, computers, servers, phone system, surveillance cameras at my business as well as home. Love the 24/7 support and attention to detail. Smooth communication and dedication has been key. Highly recommend"

"Yes he figured it out the issue and connected my pc computer correctly way very responsible and professional"

"Mike Perez truly listens (rare) combining patience and clear procedures with 'right now' expertise and execution. Also reasonably priced! I would recommend to any business or person needing PC solutions."

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"Gerry did a great job. He even met me for an hour after the repairs were done to go over what he did with my computer and then made himself available by phone a few days later for some fine tuning help I needed."
