"Patio Enclosures was fantastic, the subcontractors that came to do the job were not. However, Patio Enclosures sent two Field Supervisors over to spend and entire day addressing all of our concerns. Overall, their customer service is what made us happy with this project and we absolutely love our 3-season room!"
"Very professional, courteous and neat. Kept in touch, made suggestions for improvement and saving money when they saw a need. Were very easy to deal with. Definitely will hire them again. A family company with the customer in mind."
"This company far exceeded my expectations. Highly professional, very friendly and trustworthy team who takes pride in their work and strives for customer satisfaction. Affordable, competitive pricing. Excellent work done your way; they don't make choices for you but will offer a suggestion if they feel there is a better way. They clean-up after themselves, and even go the extra mile such as transplanting bushes... I can't rave enough about them and will definitely be using LeClercs again. We couldn't be happier with the finished product."

"The crew that worked in my basement did an excellent job. It was hard, dirty work but they did it all without mess to my house or yard. The drainage works great and I now have a dry basement - great work!"
"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal. We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date. My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one. It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy. We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough. However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door. I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace. As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17. I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke. I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me. The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind. "
"Absolutely fantastic extremely professional and reasonable!! Worked efficiently and smart! Everything looked brand new when he was finished! Cannot wait to have him back to do more work."
A covered deck can be a good investment that increases your home value—especially if you live in a hot region with a lot of sun. A covering over the deck means you can get more use out of it, even on the hottest summer days. With a permanent deck covering, you can even add ceiling fans to help cool down your deck for added comfort.
An Arizona room may or may not count toward your home’s square footage, depending on local regulations and the specifics of the room, but generally does not get included in the total square footage. In many locations, a room needs to be built to the same quality as the rest of the home, have an integrated heating/cooling system, and be habitable year-round to count toward square footage.
In most parts of the U.S., adding a screened-in porch requires a building permit. Since this type of project often involves structural work and changes to your home’s footprint, homeowners should adhere to local guidelines. That said, permit rules can vary widely depending on where you live and how extensive the project is. Before you start sketching out plans or ordering materials, check in with your city or county’s building department to avoid headaches, fines, and potential structural issues down the line.
A sunroom will add more value to your home than a deck, but with a much higher up-front cost. Depending on its construction and function, a sunroom may be counted as additional living space, while a deck is strictly an outdoor feature. Both will increase your home’s value, but the sunroom will have a much bigger effect.
Yes, a sunroom will require a permit. You may just need a general construction permit for a screened-in porch or solarium. For a three-season room with electricity and a four-season room with electric, heating, and cooling, you’ll need additional permits for each of the utilities, as well as a roofing permit.
