"This is the second time Iâ ve hired these great guys, and Iâ m so glad I did. I had a very old toilet that needed to be replaced. But all didnâ t go as planned when we saw that the piece that the toilet attaches to was completely eroded and needed to be replaced. They had to saw through the cast iron pipe in the basement and replace with PVC. A simple job that â shouldâ have taken a couple of hours at most quickly turned into 5 hours because of this significant extra work. These guys do great work, have very fair prices, and are so pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend!"

"Five Star Bath Solutions is "up there" cost wise. However, and this is important, the products and services they offer are awesome! They removed a closet and existing shower, with little overall mess (a miracle, given how another company got plaster dust and dirt in most of my home). They then custom designed and installed a beautiful, large shower with all of the "bells and whistles" (glass doors, wall attached seat, shelves, grab bar, high end showerhead, floors, ceilings and sides all match and are NOT tiled, so no grout). They also custom made moldings around the outside of the shower, to cover spaces where the old shower and small closet had been...other high end companies said they wouldn't do that for me, that I'd have to hire a contractor. I'd include photos, but can't figure out how to do that...suffice it to say that my shower looks as if it's in a showroom."

"I had them come out and review an issue and they gave me an estimate. They were very good and very nice. The issue that was happening in the house really didn't pertain to the estimate that I got. they came in and reviews what was going on in the house. They gave me an estimate on installing a filter, which we do need and air softener and replacing the toilet. There are things in the house that need to be done but it didn't pertain to issue I was having. The stuff that they recommended was probably helping the issue I was having but not necessarily get rid of the issue I was having. We had a hammering gone wrong everytime you flush the toilet. So I called them for that cause everytime I turn on the washer or flush the toilet, there was a hammering sound so they came in and investigated, number one we have an old toilet and it's downstairs and they saw we had an issue with the filter which is a big issue. We don't have a filter. So they recommended replacing those things. it turns out that the hammering that was happening actually had to do with an open faucet outside. So once we closed that up, that went away. The other issues are real and need to be taken care of. So they did bring up good, important facts. They were very professional. They were very nice. The issue that I had wasn't figured out by them. We actually figured it out on our own."

Was pleasantly surprised that they had completed a job and were able to fit me into their schedule. Both men were very courteous, showed me each step of the process so I understood the nature of the repair. Did excellent work, cleaned up after project was done.
