"Brian returned my 9 am call immediately and offered to come over this afternoon. We had a stubborn stain about 2' X 2" that we could not get out. Brian assessed, gave us a reasonable price, so we had him do three rooms in addition to the stain. The stain was completely removed and the three rooms were efficiently done. Brian applied his specialized skills and equipment. He and his assistant were very conscientious and hard working and the end result showed their effort. "Janna showed up with 3 other ladies and they got right to work. I was home with a broken ankle and was not able to clean my house. The were fast, efficient and professional. They were personal as well. They asked questions regarding the way I like things done, for example, what I used on my wood floors. Many years ago I had a cleaning service and it used to drive me crazy that they never put anything back where it was. This was not an issue with these ladies.
