I had called Sal based on a recommendation from a contractor. He came to my house the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate shortly after he left. I was so happy with their work, a month later I had them install hardwood floors. Candi met me at the wholesalers on a Saturday to view floor samples, discuss price points, etc. I appreciate that the foreman, Bucky, came to my home very early in the morning before I left for work so we could discuss any questions or concerns I had. It is very much appreciated that Bucky is a good listener and is also very good at explaining the process. The space had to be completely gutted down to the studs and completely redone. The contractor we had used several times over the years retired, so we needed someone new who we could trust. "When Dave and the guys started to remove the back porch windows to get at the post, they saw the porch was not built right and had no header. The whole porch was taken apart, the rotted post was replaced and all structural issues were addressed. When it was rebuilt, it was finished in the original 1940's style of the house with new wainscoting on the outside, my storage bench was built back into the inside. And a new two tone tile floor was laid. All the interior trim matches what had previously been installed."
