"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"Right from the start I had a good experience. I was fortunate enough to have Travis as my contact person and can't say enough about him. He was so pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. There were a couple minor mix ups along the way but I just called and Travis took care of it and made everything right. He definitely provided excellent customer service which unfortunately is very rare these days. The installation technician was also very pleasant and took his time making sure everything was set up correctly. I had to reschedule several times but they were very understanding and accommodating. It took them about a week to get it correct but it is now working fine. The actual workers were fine. We would recommend them. Their prices are about the same as the rest of them; they were fair. We have a contract with them so unfortunately we will continue to use them."
