They took apart my entire gas fireplace cleaned and made sure everything was working correctly. Problem with smell was fireplace was hardly used and smell was new fireplace smell when lit. We need to give it more burn time to get rid of smell. Only charged me for servicing cleaning very reasonable. Came right on time also!!! They were great!👍"
