We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment.
