He knew exactly what to do , what equipment was require and how to do the work safely and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and the yard was spottless when he was finished. Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar. "I own properties and have asked David to do some pretty heavy duty repairs. Last yr. he raised and leveled a large 2 story porch that 6 others refused to touch due to risks/labor involved. This yr. he fixed a sinking porch on a SFH. I had some concerns about the finished product and he came out and remidied it, no fanfare, no drama. Impressed with his integrity as I had already paid him when I requested the changes. (Don't recommend you do this, however....this is out of the ordinary)"
