Nick was extremely responsive to text when we continued to have bats inside. We went with the full house removal as suggested originally. Still have moles. A pricey boondoogle. They were not the company I first called but apparently when you call one company, Angie's list automatically posts other companies so be careful to check who you get a call back from"
